  • On your bank or credit card statement, this purchase will appear as "SP * AUVRYA" or "AUVRYA STORE".
  • If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us immediately at support@auvrya.com before contacting your bank, so we can help clarify the transaction.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to process the funds back into your account after we have issued the refund.
