Where do you ship from?
To ensure we offer the best prices without compromising on quality, we operate a Direct-to-Consumer model. This means we bypass expensive local middlemen and ship directly from our specialized fulfillment centers in the Asia-Pacific region.
By removing the physical retail markup, we pass those savings directly to you—giving you high-quality footwear at a fraction of the cost.
How long does delivery take?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to Australia.
- Metro Areas: 7–12 business days.
- Regional Areas: 12–20 business days.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! That's why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.
- Change of Mind: If the fit isn't right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
- Local Returns: We provide a local Australian return address (in Melbourne) for your convenience—no need to ship packages overseas.
- Return Cost: Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue.
We will resolve this with a free replacement or full refund right away. In most cases of damaged goods, you won't even need to return the item!
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Note: Sometimes tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to update in the courier's system. If your tracking link says "Not Found" initially, please check back the next day—your parcel is likely already on its way!
Why is my tracking not updating?
Since we ship internationally, there is sometimes a gap in tracking updates while the package is clearing customs or flying between countries. This is normal! Usually, the tracking will update rapidly once the package lands in Australia and is handed over to Australia Post or Aramex.
